According to the Mckinsey research, Covid-19 changed that people spend on beauty products. 55 and 75 % declines in cosmetic and fragrance purchasing verses before pandemic, whereas skin-care, hair-care, and bath-and- body products appear to be benefiting from self-care and pampering trends. Our skin and body care and aromatherapy products fit to this market trend. Baby boomers and Gen-X tend to purchase beauty products more in store than online, but Millennials and Gen-Y tend to purchase beauty products more online than in store. Stores were closed during the pandemic. We decided to focus on the online stores more and invest money on our technology and research laboratory instead of investing money on physical stores. Consumers can meet our products in the mass-market beauty retailers or our flagship stores.
