Beautee Shoppe Cosmetics LLC | Application Preview
Beautee Shoppe Cosmetics LLC is applying for government grants to support its growth in several key areas: marketing and advertising campaigns, inventory acquisition, employee salaries, warehouse equipment, and order supplies.
The business plan focuses on developing a detailed marketing strategy that includes a budget for social media advertising aimed at attracting new customers. An integral part of this plan involves revamping their Elite influencer program to effectively demonstrate products and enhance visibility. They also intend to continue live streaming to promote their offerings and engage potential customers.
The justification for funding emphasizes Beautee Shoppe's strengths as a minority-owned cosmetic brand known for its exceptional services and products. The brand has cultivated a robust online presence through consistent engagement, which sets it apart from competitors. The founder has invested three years in building a community before launching the product line, ensuring a target audience that is familiar with and trusts the brand.
In terms of competition, Beautee Shoppe recognizes brands like Playing in Makeup by Yolondo, Shape Shift Cosmetics, and Wink 4 Me. However, the founder believes that the ability to connect personally and authentically with the audience gives Beautee Shoppe an edge.
The competitive advantage lies in the founder's extensive experience as a Professional Makeup Artist and instructor, providing hands-on expertise that allows for effective product use and teaching. This combination of skills means the brand promotes its own products, enhancing credibility and loyalty among customers while capitalizing on years of industry knowledge.

Business Plan
Creating a marketing plan that includes a budget for running ads on social media to bring in new customers. Also, revamping our Elite program (PR) of influencers to push our products and services to the masses by demonstration. Additionally, continuing to showcase our products and services via live stream to gain new customers. We are a amazing minority cosmetic brand that offers amazing services, instruction, and products to our consumer. We are rapidly growing and could definitely use the funds to catapult us to the next level. We have a large online/social media presence which sets us apart from other brands similar. I’ve personally built out platform for 3 years before I began to offer products to our consumers. This was the strategy I used to showcase my talent and skill at makeup, and to gain an audience of people would know me, like me, and trust me. So when I released my products, I had an audience to sell them to.

Self Identified Competition
Playing in Makeup by Yolondo Shape Shift Cosmetics Wink 4 Me These are all brands I observe and follow on social media. One of the biggest differences and things that set me apart from them is I relate to my audience. I engage with them, encourage, uplift, teach them, and they trust me. My business did not start out selling. We’ve spent the time to build, market, and create strategy to bring amazing content, tools, and products our consumers now love. Unlike many other brands, I am an actual Professional Makeup Artist, makeup instructor, social media influencer. I have been in the industry for 15 years so I know what works. And because I am able to execute makeup application, teach it as well, and use my own products to do it, instead of influencing my customers elsewhere for other brand products, I use my own. So i reap the benefits of all the years I’ve spent to perfect my craft and build this business.
