Self Identified Competition
Currently, sadly, there are no competitors that wish to address the larger issues in Emotional Intelligence Training. What makes Motivation on the Move different is our vision and desire to see people grow into a community. There is diversity in the state of West Virginia. However, there are many citizens that have the wrong impression and attitude toward others, for various uninformed reasons. Emotional Intelligence enhances one's communication skills and awareness of people and the environment around them. The importance can be seen in large MNC that encourage diversity of thought, race, gender, and so forth. We believe, through awareness training in various sectors of our community, we can make a difference that affects us, positively, economically, and socially. Which is positive and necessary for the future of West Virginia. With the many changes facing our Nation, West Virginia should be at the forefront for its flexibility and inclusiveness among its citizens. Not for its isolation that prohibits positive and neccessary changes.
