Fix a section of our flooring that we paid out of pocket to have freshly laid less than 3 years ago that was laid incorrectly by contractors. Business Plan
Our business plans are client based. Providing self awarness and self care. Are plan is to continue to market and grow our clientele to so that we may educate other Licensed staff and become part of our family and and provide more self care to the community. We will continue to take educational courses to expand our knowledge and in turn continue to expand our service menu. We are going to look at opening another location as well within our community to serve others on the other side of the city within the next 5 years and expand our knowledge and gift of assisting our clients with the education and service they need. The sky is not the limit as more ideas with our drive will come as we continue to be operational as a hole and a buisness for the community. Our buisness has strived and continues to strive since we opened the doors. We opened doors with our personal funds from working our full time jobs. Our family stood by our sides and supported us while we focused on our vision. We opened slightly prior to the pandemic in 2019, then were told to close the doors due to covid in 2020. When we had clients calling asking when can you open back up constantly, we knew we would be ok. We made it through and kept pushing. We opened the doors back up when the board approved and have been climbing the ladder since. We have had clients come to see us from Georgia and South Florida. We are so humble and grateful for the responce and return clients we recieve from the care we provide. Our buisness is our baby and we take great pride and joy in giving the care we provide. Our clients come to us because we provide a quite humble space that is not in a plaza or chain that offes the same type of tone. Clients have stated they feel relaxed the minute they walk in the door and the Hora tells them to come back. We are very frugal and budget wisely to stay successful. Being a successful buisness owner in this field is not about money, it is about your client and their needs and providing your services correctly.

Self Identified Competition
Competitors consist of chain Massage Establishments such as Massage Envy, The Elements, and all the other self employed licensed Massage Therpists. Jacksonville has a high saturation, however, with the population, every place is hiring as well. We strive to function differently. We strive to think outside the box. We offer the extra 15 minutes to have a conversation with the client to know their needs for one on one care. Pushing a client intake form is not enough. We also offer buisness corporate services for employment self care. Educating buisnesses on taking care of their employees is important. Ergonomics education and employee appreciation of chair massages is a great buisness venture all buisnesses should explore. My buisness partner and I have over 20 years of experience in the Massage field, as well as I have a Physical Therapy Assistant Associate and Medical Billing Certifation. I have been in the health field since 18 and it is all I know and love. We have the gift to help others and we embrace it.
