Jay & Kay Janitorial LLC | Application Preview
Jay & Kay Janitorial LLC is seeking government grants for several key reasons. The owner aims to pay off franchise fees currently deducted from personal income, acquire a work vehicle to efficiently travel between multiple locations in Louisiana, and purchase additional supplies to enhance service offerings and attract new clients.
The business plan includes expanding operations by hiring individuals facing employment challenges, such as those with felony records, to provide them with second chances. The owner intends to shift the focus of the business from basic cleaning tasks to more specialized services like buffing floors and stainless steel cleaning.
The applicant emphasizes their strong work ethic and dedication, balancing a full-time job as a crane operator with the demands of their janitorial business. They express a deep commitment to supporting their disabled parents and a desire to give back to the community. The owner identifies Jani-King as a competitor but believes their hard work, passion, and experience give them a unique advantage in the market.

Business Plan
I plan to obtain more business. I would like to be able to hire more workers seeking employment who has a hard time receiving employment. Such as convicted felons, my goal is to give everyone a second chance. I would also like to be able to obtain business where I will not be doing mopping and sweeping, but more to the cleaning, buffing floors, stainless steel cleaning, floor stripping. things to that nature. Investors should invest in me because I am driven, and hard working. Both of my parents are physically disable and I try my best to take care of them as they done for me in my growing years. I get up daily for my full time job as a crane operator from 5-5. I leave and pour my all into my business. I do not make it home until 11 or midnight, but when you enjoy what you do; it becomes enjoyable. I was given a second chance at life and would like to give back to others. God has been good to me.
