The custom food trailer will cost between $20,000 and $30,000. I can find an in good shape used truck that can pull the trailer for less than $10,000. The rest will go towards coving payroll with self and one other employee.

Business Plan
If revenue keeps growing, I will eventually buy multiple food trucks so they can operate at different locations simultaneously. The Twin Cities (Minneapolis and St Paul) have a rich festival, event, and outdoor life. I have done my research and there is no business that specializes in frozen drinks and daiquiris. Yes, certain bars may have one or two on the menu. But there is no business who will have a whole menu specialized around the concept of frozen drinks and daiquiris. My business can monopolize the market. And my business will be mobile. So not only will it monopolize the festival/event space, I will be able to cater to private events in the winter time to counter the loss in revenue during the winter. That is why I do not want to get a brick and mortar establishment.

FrioFrio (frozen treats on a stick), Smooth Move(they make smoothies), Life Juices(smoothies). I haven't started the actual business so those are some of the closest that I could see as competition. My business is different from my competitors for multiple reasons. My drinks have the option to be alcoholic. That is something I am using to advertise. Alcoholic daiquiris. my drinks are not as messy as frozen treats in a stick, and not as liquid as smoothies. I can also combine both of their designs into my drinks. I can blend frozen fruit into my drinks. Usually some smoothies require some sort of milk products. A lot of my drinks do not require milk products.
