Funding Usage
We would like to expand our programs to reach more veterans and our youth. If we were able to grow our own hay, we would cut our costs tremendously. If we were able to expand our facilities we could meet the needs of more individuals suffering from emotional issues.

I am hoping to improve the facilities and improve getting the word out to local veterans that our program exists. I will be reaching out to school districts as well. I would like to implement a mustang/veteran program. The ability of animals to help humans with emotional trauma is under appreciated. I have seen first hand how interaction between veterans and horses can relieve massive amounts of stress caused by PTSD. Each animal at our farm performs an important role in helping humans.

Self Identified Competition
I am not sure of any local equine therapy programs. Having a husband that is a disabled veteran from the Iraq War, and suffers from PTSD, I have first hand knowledge and experience with what is successful in helping those suffering from emotional illnesses.
