My plan in the next 5 years is to build a millennial village that can house 500 people on the top floors and bottoms sections will house 25 businesses giving Arkansas that much in tax funding. They should invest their money in the future, the future is what brings the most income and advancements. They should invest in their families in result will give them a better life less of a burden, I feel I give the necessary attention this truly needs as I already dedicate 65 hours a week to just this project.

Tesla is the one and only competitor and they are way to rich and busy to even look at Arkansas, they’re 15 years away from starting anything here in the state of Arkansas, as I can start tomorrow, and have each house or collection of houses done every 5 months. The difference between me and Tesla is they have billions and haven’t started actually making peoples life’s better and implementing affordable living, and I am broke and I’m willing to sell everything I have now to make this opportunity for other people a Reality.
