iSync Logistics Inc 46-3107519 | Government Grant Application

iSync Logistics Inc | Application Preview

iSync Logistics Inc. is seeking government grants to address urgent needs within its fleet and overall operations. The funds will be used for critical repairs including fixing a major oil leak, inspecting and repairing front suspension and tires, replacing a damaged pallet jack, and fixing leaks in the box body. Additionally, the funding will support commercial insurance, fuel procurement, working capital, and may provide small bonuses to drivers to help improve retention.

The company's business plan outlines a transition to semi-tractors over the next five years, with a goal of employing five drivers. This change would allow the owner to step back from driving duties, enabling better load management and monitoring of driver performance.

The application emphasizes the company’s role in providing jobs and contributing to the local economy while showcasing its commitment to corporate social responsibility. iSync Logistics Inc. supports other local businesses while competing against larger trucking firms, dispatch operators, and AI-driven logistics solutions that dominate the market.

Despite facing stiff competition that offers significant incentives to drivers, iSync insists on valuing its human resources and pursuing a fair approach to labor. The owners believe that by taking care of their drivers, they will ensure better care of their equipment and sustain the business in the long run.

  • Funding Usage

Repair fleet ( One unit has a major oil leak between the engine and transmission 'bell housing') inspect and repair front suspension (including replacing the front tires of two trucks), assist in paying commercial insurance, procuring fuel, replace damaged pallet jack, repairing leaks in box body and providing working capital for the business. Also, grant funding can help to provide a small bonus to my drivers, by reducing their rate of attrition. The units are in a state of disrepair right now. And I may be forced to take all three off the road. Your assistance is greatly needed.

  • Business Plan

Over the next five years, I intend to convert fully to semi-tractors and engage strictly in OTR loads. I hope to employ at least five (5 ) drivers. This way, I can pull myself from behind the wheels and monitor the business myself, search loads boards, select good paying loads, monitor driver performance, and perform regular inspections to make sure small issues like a poorly aligned front end don't lead to premature tire wear. My company provides work for three people who make their tax contributions to our nation's consolidated budget. They in turn are able to provide food for their respective families. My company engages in logistics to help keep our economy running (sometimes at a great loss). iSync Logistic Inc has demonstrated corporate social responsibility in keeping drivers employed even when the business owner doesn't see a profit from some loads. Isync Logistic Inc supports other businesses, such as Progressive Mountain Insurance, and local fuel stops/gas stations.

  • Self Identified Competition

Our main competitors are other trucking companies, Dispatch Operators and AI used by large companies such as Amazon Inc. Trucking companies entice drivers away from my company by providing sign-on bonuses, offering 401K, health Plans etc. Some even offer to pay the driver 70 cents per mile. Dispatch Operators seek too much commission from loads, restrict the on-boarding of new companies, and seem to have a secure lock on the logistic network. AI is utilized by large companies to tally driver information, DOT and MC applications, and input demographics in their decision-making to pay for loads. right now, Atlanta is totally saturated and the rates being paid by large companies is utterly ridiculous- but some people still do it to get by another day and postpone their losses. We value human resources, we don't exploit labor. We believe in our people and take into consideration their value to our business. If we look after our drivers- they will, in turn, look after our trucks.
