  • Funding Usage

We are looking to expand our company, branch out and complete more work, hire more employees. We would also like to add a clothing line onto our company with a percentage of proceeds going to aid CASA, children advocates for children in foster care, in the state of Arkansas. We need to invest in repairing our vehicles and trailer for completing the jobs we have, and branch out to invest in better advertising to take our company to the next level.

  • Business Plan

We plan to invest in hiring new employees which will allow us to take on more work. We also intend to invest in more advertising by different methods other than social media. We also plan to do more charity work to assist with our community and children in foster care. We want to show the community that we stand behind our work with a "done the right way the first time" approach, and build up a bigger clientele list. Bringing on more employees would allow us to no longer turn down those jobs that are too big for us, and have the manpower needed to get them done. Investors should invest in us, because we have 7 years experience in construction, a lengthy background in accounting and finance and know what it takes to appropriately run a business. Investors should invest in this company, because it's honest and true hard work. Each job that is completed by us is done with integrity, honesty, and complete and total trust that the job is done right. We differ from other construction companies, in that we don't lose track of the small jobs just because we have larger ones. We take the time to listen to our customer's needs and treat each job with the same importance as the next. With our work and our honesty, our company is going to excel and we are going to give back to our community more than any other construction company in our area, starting with the children in foster care.

  • Self Identified Competition

We haven't ran into any competitors, because we choose to work together and not against each other. In our line of business, working together means that each company is able to benefit and succeed with the help of the other. We could not do this work without the help of those other construction companies and are pleased to state they are not our competitors, but aide in our company. We are different from any other construction company, because we offer honesty and integrity that the other companies have lost as they've grown into corporations. We treat each customer as though they are giving us the largest job we have ever had. Each customer is equally important to us, and don't get lost in the midst of us taking on larger jobs. We also have a huge respect for our community, because we couldn't do it without them. We know that a bright future involves investing in our children. That's why we've chosen to donate our time, money, and assistance with those that take part in foster care. We want to help the foster parents, help the children, and help those that advocate for those children. We are different because our views are different. We know our strengths and our weaknesses, and know when to admit we are wrong and fix our mistakes. We stand behind our work and don't cut corners other companies do to save money or time. We want our work to last and save customer's from having to have their work repaired or replaced. We are different because we offer empathy, a helping hand, a greater understanding. We are different because we've been on the other side, working for a company that didn't care about the smaller jobs, that didn't appreciate it's employees, that didn't offer assistance to the community in times of need. We worked for greedy construction companies that only care about the dollar, and we have strived to be as different from that as possible.
