Business Plan
I hope to have all of our booths rented and having new and better equipment. We are a small town salon, it's been a great business for our town if Baltimore, and as the town grows our business grows.

Self Identified Competition
Ireland's spa and salon, west oak salons, salon lofts. All three are successful, larger, established salons. But even then we are still competing and doing our best to stay with them. I had worked for one of the competitors, and I can give new employees what they need to be successful, being smaller we can offer more, as to where they are topped out. I have the room to grow and know I have the ability to do so.
