goal is to buy more trucks and trailer vans in order to create more jobs by hiring drivers, and office managers. goal is to have 3 trucks and trailers with in 5 years. goal is also to be able to create a truck driving training class to help train future truck drivers. i am a woman minority business owner, trying to create jobs in order for people to supply for their families. i see there is a need for more jobs, the inflation has gone up and this is time for people to band together to help each other out.

covenant transport has their own dispatch fleet , training program, hotel for employees, and over 500 trucks in their fleet. us express also has their own fleet of over 500 trucks and employees rts has over 500 trucks also with trailers I think about the quality and happiness of the customers and employees. everyone needs to make a living to feed, cloth, and have shelter for their families. I am not here to take money from the employees. the competitors listed above have a owner operator policy, where they let the driver purchase the truck for x amount of dollars per week with high payments of over 2k a week on a used truck for 2 years. I use to work for a few of the companies above years ago. it was more like i was paying them to work for them. where as i am different because I would help the employees strive to success. Help give them the building blocks to succeed. if they were owner operators i would give 87 percent of the profits of the loads to the truck. teach them the benefits of being an owner operator.
