Funding Usage
We are looking to secure a new building either lease or buy. We also need to update our current equipment and purchase new equipment for the new offerings we listed in this application. If we can add this new equipment we can increase production by 35-40% and the new services and equipment will easily add another 25-35% increase in revenue the first year alone.

Business Plan
Our current offerings include Paintless Dent Repair, Detailing, Custom Painting, Lumilor Painting, Light Collision Repairs,Rust Proofing, Spray on Bed Liners, Bumper and Rim repairs. I am looking to start offering Hydro Dyping services as well as becoming a certified PPF installer. PPF is a protective plastic coating that goes over the paint on a car or motorcycle or anything you want to protect from the elements. Hydro Dyping is another product that allows for custom graphics to be applied via water transfer and can be use on any substrate. Empire is a small family run business the stives on the details and customer service most of the big box companies ignore. We look to be as as diverse with the products we offer as well as the team we are building. We have both men and women employees, a disabled employee who works as much as he can but also takes care of his wife who is very sick and disabled. My nephew Tyler who is autistic also likes to come and work when he can. I am trying to find a way to get him more time he's a blast and allot of help. My son is the future and is currently going to school for this industry and graduates next year. We are very unique in our offerings most are not available anywhere else in NYS and nobody offers all these services in one location.

We offer so many services that we don't have any one competitor but individual services we compete against the national collision companies like GERBER, Carstar, Etc. For Paintless Dent Repair we compete against Dent Wizard and Dent Smart to name a few of the larger Companies. What makes us different is really simple. We are family run and treat our employees with the same respect we give each other. We all strive to give our customers the best possible experience and customer service. We also are the only place that doesn't have to outsource all these services to other vendors. We do it all in house! You can't go anywhere else and have your car detailed and dents removed, maybe a rim repaired and painted and Bumper fixed in a week. We also offer Ceramic coatings and other detail related services. We don't just do collision repairs either, we offer custom painting, Chrome Painting, Lumilor Electric Paint, Air Brushing , Vinyl graphics, rust proofing, and spray on bed liners. IF we get some help we will be able to upgrade allot of our equipment to maximize productivity and also purchase new equipment needed to expand our services to include the new Hydro Dyping and PPF protection film as well. These two alone should allow us to increase sales by 30-40%
