Business Plan
We want to create a community within an up and coming town. Two or three food truck trailers with a couple tiny homes and a pavilion for people to enjoy their food with picnic tables and land. Throw festivals and events to help other businesses and develop a county wide backing to grow and help others. We have passion and drive to make a community prosper. Growth from within our community will always be our driving force to do what we do every day. Having a town that helps each other grow has always been a dream of ours.

Self Identified Competition
Our number one competitors are large out of state organizations/developers buying land and developing houses/apartments. People within our state are struggling to thrive. Number two, Realtors taking advantage of interest rates and equity to price land extremely high per sq ft. Number three, large food trucks with a lot more equipment. We are sticking to our community for our products. We are going to local butchers for our meat, local farmers markets for our vegetables and local events to help create an income for all involved. We have drive to make our area better.
