I would like to do use a grant to fund further development and marketing to grow my app to help support myself my wife and my son.

Business Plan
I will make further development to the Luv Lock App that will draw more users. This will also require the use of marketing services to advertise on social media to promote the use of the Luv Lock app. In turn more users will drive other companies to use my app to advertise their product and this will bring additional revenue to grow the App. If all goes well I will use revenue to build more apps under the LuvsApps LLC. I believe I have created an app that will not only be fun for the user to use and share with others but it also give the user a place to put a Luv Lock and place it virtually. They will never lose this lock and it will never be removed or recycled. This makes it safe for the people on the bridges that would have tons of weight in Locks put on them around the world more safe for everyone. City’s would then not be vandalized by this look of locks hanging everywhere. It actually make the bridges safer to be on. I would like to promote my Luv Lock App to the city’s having issues with this type vandalism.

Self Identified Competition
1. Competition is the actual placement of a physical lock although it’s illegal in a lot of city’s now with $100 dollar fine a court appearance some people will still violate that and small kiosks around these place will sale the people a lock. 2. During the process of developing Luv Lock App I noticed a couple other similar Apps pop up on the App Store they have had some growth but right now I feel Luv Lock has the advantage because of my tenacity and commitment to growing my product. 3. The longer I take to develop additional features to Luv Lock App the competition could grow their share of users. I would like to strike while the irons hot. The biggest difference is me and my drive to succeed. My App is already gaining Ground and I just published it in January 2022. I have had limited funds to work with so far, COVID slowed me down as well my disability but I must succeed and I know if 1 bridge in Paris France can hold 700000 locks on just on side…that’s right 700000! I would just need a small amount of these users to be profitable. Also it would give a reason to exist. I have had great feed back from everyone who gets introduced to Luv Lock App.
