    I plan to grow my business in the next five years by acquiring more multifamily properties. Once Forteble investments establishes a portfolio, credibility, and proper cashflow, I will then essentially "sell" portions of ownership in properties to investors. From there I will make a percentage of any rental income coming in and then a percentage upon liquidation. The reason I'd "sell" partial ownership is to increase my cash but also have cash flow which will allow me to eventually buy larger assets like apartment buildings and large offices. From there the process will continue just at a larger scale. Investors would invest in me because of who I am and what I want to bring to real estate. At the moment I'm 23yrs old and I busted my behind to be where I'm at. I'm a corporate financial analyst at a global leader in rental housing operations and I also bought my first house at 22yrs old because of my passion in real estate. Forteble Investments is an investment company tailored to providing affordable real estate investments to the normal investor. This company will not only allow affordability but simplicity and customization. With all of these combined the road to financial freedom is right around the corner. Most people use robinhood as a stock broker because of its simplicity and now its ability for customization. My goal is to be the Robinhood of real estate. While most people dont have the ability to acquire real estate for various reason, they have the ability to acquire 5%, 10%,15%,etc. With that investment they will make that percentage back from whatever cashflow the property is making and on top they will get the percentage back after the property is sold. For example: An investor buys 10% of a property that costs 250,000 cash flowing $1000 rent profit a month. They invest the $25,000. They receive $100 a month then if the property sells for $350,000 in accouple years they'd get $35,000 of that. In accouple years they would have $1200 a year plus $10,000 profit after liquidation. (Numbers are very generalized and simplified for understanding purposes) From my experience and what I've seen that beats the mass majority of money markets that are accessible to people.

With Forteble Investments we will push ourselves to make the entire process simple, make the investments accessible to the general crowd, and on top allow investors to choose how much percentage stake they want in the property. No other company does that, we will.
