Busch Enterprises LLC is applying for a government grant of $50,000 to establish a credit line that will facilitate ongoing buying and selling of inventory. The business model hinges on generating a cycle of purchases and sales, aiming to achieve monthly profits of $10,000 to $12,000 within the first year. With consistent revenue generation, the plan includes increasing credit limits and expanding operations by adding more stores over a five-year period, ultimately reaching monthly revenues of $100,000 from the first store and around $50,000 from a second location.
The owner reports using personal funds to invest in the business, totaling $35,000, alongside monthly operational expenses of $1,000. They emphasize the grant request as a means to secure startup capital for growth, with the potential to scale up to $250,000 in the future.
Busch Enterprises notes a lack of traditional competition, as the business leverages algorithms for purchasing and selling, focusing on buying patterns and market conditions rather than competing directly with other businesses. The competitive advantage lies in employing data analytics to consistently identify and procure high-demand items at optimal prices, enabling rapid growth and operational efficiency. The owner expresses a desire not only to grow the business but also to assist others in succeeding, emphasizing a commitment to community support.

Funding Usage
$50k will help load the store with a credit line that will then be used to buy and sell constantly until funds have expired. The more you have available the more you can make. Payment for all purchased are paid 100% at the end of every month. The credit line is then used over and over. It will eventually help me grow to over $250k a month being bought and sold. Of which i make 85% of the profit from any of rhe items.

Business Plan
The more money I build through credit lines the more the business will buy and sell. The standard process using 50k a month will start to generate 10k to 12k in pure profit around the 1yr mark. The following months will keep consistent until I can add higher credit limits per month. The business is turnkey and what I paid for handles all exchanges and inventory, taxes and returns for me ( day to day). I can then work on adding more stores after about 2 years. By 5 years I would have 2 stores and generating upwards a 100k a month on the first and about 50k on the second. I am out here using my own funds and buying my business ($35k) plus paying 1k a month for standard fees and needs. All I am asking for is some startup capital to get started. I have my Duns # and business accounts established and now all I need is 50k to get me started. I really want 250k but I can work my way to that and willing to work and grow organically.

Self Identified Competition
That is the interesting part. I don't really have competition. I am buying and selling using an algorithm between stores. So I don't have a tradition competition. I would say the market itself could be based on buying patterns. Then manufacturing costs and spend able income are the competition. Since it will be the same for everyone, it really won't be competition. I will always be able to buy and arbitrage goods. That I am using analytics to pick the top items available at all times and at the right costs. It eliminates so many other challenges and allows me to build quickly and be consistent along the way. Then I can help others do the same and give back.
