In the 5 years we plan to increase our revenue by 15 percent from the first fiscal year and continue to increase throughout. Our goal by 2025 is to have stores within a 15 mile radius of most suburban areas within Iowa, Nebraska, Kansas, and Missori We are a small home and garden decor retail business. With us being a small business we offering more competitive prices then the big retail business. We also have a variety of different warehouse that we can order from to get the item that customer wants. Although we plan to expand the business with more thant one store, we will not look for building with no more the 5000 sq. ft. to keep that personel one on one feeling.

Self Identified Competition
Walmart Bed Bath and Beyond Target Our business would be for convenience. Instead of having to drive 30 or 40 miles to go a home and garden decor store we would be down the street. With our store being a small store consumer would not have to walk completely around to get items.
