I plan to grow the business by incorporating event planning and home decor services during my growth as an antique mall. Eventually I would like to add an event space to offer a space to host birthday parties, wedding/baby showers, and other types of events. While incorporating this extension I would offer an on-site gift shop. I know I have a valuable concept to offer the people in my community. The exciting thing about my concept is that there really is no other locations quite like what I have envisioned. Investors should invest in me and my concept because I have the knowledge, strength, and attitude to get things done. Investors should be excited to watch how I will multiply their investment for our community.

Self Identified Competition
As I stated above there really are no other concepts quite like mine in our community. There are other antique malls in the metro however they have waiting lists for local artists to be able to rent a space. My antique mall will be different from the other malls because of the options I will offer our clientele in the way of event planning and design services.
