My book is the start of a series of books. I also have one stand alone novel in the works and a possible other series. I have faith in my novel. It is well written, it will be well edited and I need it to be well promoted. Hence the reason for the loan.Yet I know the kind of writer I am. I know where my weaknesses are and what my strengths are. I am a born storyteller. I just need to be given a chance to prove it to my naysayers and those marginalized authors that don't think they can do it too.

Self Identified Competition
I am competing against some well known as well as not so well known authors. The J.K. Rowlings and V.C. Andrews as well as the Heather Grahams. There is room in the world for all of us. Some of us just need an extra hand. I think every writer is unique. There is nothing that hasn't been put out or written in some form or another. The difference is research and execution. I think I stand out because I am hungry and I know how to feed myself. I want to reach the other readers who are hungry for this type of book which blends all the element of a Blockbuster movie.
