Always Flowing L.L.C | Application Preview
Always Flowing L.L.C. is applying for government grants to support its growth in the transportation sector. The funds will primarily be used to purchase 3 to 5 used semi-trailers that are no older than 7 years, aiming for quality units at competitive prices. Any necessary repairs will be handled by professional mechanics to ensure safety and reliability. Additionally, the company is in the process of securing its operating authority and DOT number.
The business plan includes acquiring more semi-trailers as capital increases, allowing for a broader inventory and national reach while maintaining competitiveness as a minority-owned business. The owner expresses a strong commitment to the venture, citing extensive experience with Collins Aerospace and a desire to support America's truckers amidst economic challenges.
Currently, there are no direct competitors, and the owner believes that success will hinge on effective resource management and business structure. Always Flowing L.L.C. aims to differentiate itself by offering owner-operators competitive pricing and flexible terms, enabling them to succeed with reduced stress and hassle.

Funding Usage
My plan is to purchase at least 3-5 used semi-trailers 7 years of age or newer and get them in bulk to get the lowest deal with minimum substantial damage. If anything needs to be fabricated it will be outsourced to a proper mechanic shop to ensure it's road worthy. At that point they will be ready to rented out. Also need to finish getting my authority and dot number.

Business Plan
I will aquire more semi-trailers of all kinds as my capital grows so I can expand my inventory across the country by remaining competitive as a minority business. I am very driven and motivated. I work around the clock to make sure my family is taken care of. I've worked at Rockwell Collins, now known as Collins Aerospace due to the merge with Raytheon Technologies, for about 8 years now. I had planned on doing a decade there but I find I can be more of help to the detail of our truckers of America and soften the blow of the economy we now face.
-
Self Identified Competition
I currently don't have any competitors. There are pros and cons with any company, which from what I see, significantly depends on the sources they have or the structure of how they run the business. My business is different because I'll be able to supply owner operators of all ages with competitive prices to get the job done with less hassle and less stress. With terms that are solely based to give that hard worker a chance to prove themselves and make a living.
