Funding Usage
The purpose of the grant request is to be provided me with the ability to have a new shop built with more space capacity and durability needed for the multiple vehicles that may take longer than one day to repair. I plan to hire a service team that will be able to conduct the customer overload that has grown over the years and continue the Pullum LLC auto repair business once I retire.

I plan to use commercial ads, billboard ads, flyers, and newspaper ads to promote my services as one of the top auto service repair companies in the community with competitive prices and offer a competitive salary to potential service workers. I plan to have a larger auto repair center with at least 5 garages. I plan to hire auto mechanics who specialize in transmissions, motors, wiring, body repair, and air conditioning. I would like to become affiliated with auto parts stores to provide customers with auto parts purchased at a discounted price if service is done by me. Private investors should invest in my business to not only create job opportunities in my community but also with my competitive prices, members in my community will be able to afford the labor done for repairing their vehicles.

My top three competitors in my community are 3 Star Muffler, Precision Auto-Tune, and Marty's Auto Service Center. Auto repair service is expensive. Several of my customers have shared their stories with me about how they have spent hundreds and thousands of dollars on auto repair services alone excluding auto parts. With the challenging times, people in the world have faced over the few years since COVID hit, financial hardship has taken a toll on many people. So when car trouble occurs, this can lead people into a depressing state because they now have to consider auto repair costs along with the raise of inflation and no salary raise, if they have a job. I consider my business different from other competitors because I would like to extend grace to my customers by providing them with a reasonable and affordable price for labor to get their vehicle back to running properly so that they can have transportation to get to their desired destinations to provide for their families.
