Being that I have a working relationship with several ALFs in the community, I will build a relationship with their needs servicing the seniors in their communities. Plus there’s a huge need for transportation services within the dialysis populations. With the unpredictable cases of COVID, there’s a huge need for transportation services. My company will guarantee the ability to transport those residents back and forth to their appointments. With reliable transportation, that can guarantee continuity of care. Another service I can offer is educational, I’m currently an RN, and with an additional fee and permission from family, I can educate families and their loved ones on medication management. But that will come at a later time, of course I would need to do some research on that as well.
