Below are a few ways we want to expand our operations: - Hire sales team members to focus on corporate memberships - Create a customer loyalty program to keep users engaged in our service - Produce a monthly newsletter - Possibly acquire other businesses that are closely aligned with our missions and goals - Global expansion to Canada, Europe, and other parts of the world once SKEEM has solidified itself firmly in the US We plan to create this tool for customers to use not only in their local city (for personal or business), but as a travel tool across the country. Based on our research, the "social concierge" concept we've created does not exist. SKEEM is a unique opportunity for high-growth, with low-overhead. With the funds, SKEEM has the potential for quick expansion across the US, with little opportunity for replication and competition. The quicker we're able to promote our brand, retain paying customers, and build our technology, the quicker we'll be able to build SKEEM into the fabric of America as the "go-to" service for social planning (i.e. Uber for transportation services).
