Additionally, a portion of the funding will be allocated to payroll, ensuring that both office staff and field employees are compensated, especially during times when state deposits are delayed.
The business has ambitious plans for the next five years, which include expanding services to provide transportation for clients and community residents in need, as well as opening a new location. The goal is to foster lasting relationships within the communities served.
Attentive Home Health Care believes it stands out among competitors, many of whom are older and have established businesses. The applicant emphasizes a commitment to care for elderly and disabled individuals, showcasing a youthful enthusiasm for growth and learning. Unlike competitors, who tend to offer similar services without building strong relationships, Attentive Home Health Care prioritizes fair wages for workers and actively engages in community service, such as providing food donations during the holidays. This focus on nurturing client relationships and community support sets the business apart in the home health care industry.

Business Plan
In the next 5 years with the proper funds I plan on expanding my business with adding transportation services to clients or community residents whos in need. Also opening up another location. Building longevity with the communities Investors should invest in me because not many Home Health Care Providers are young and determined to help soo many elderly in home/disabled individuals. Most In home care provider owners are up in age and have saved and etc to get where they are with their business. I am eager to learn and expand my business and to become a corporation one day.

Self Identified Competition
My top 3 competitors offers the exact same services and by estimation the pay is nearly the same. Do do not build relationships with clients nor communities. They just hire a worker to service a client that they receive. I am different from my competitors because I do offer a fair pay to all workers across the board. I also do Volunteer work within some communities and clients by giving away free turkeys, hams and gift baskets for the holidays. I actually take the time out to build a relationship with clients as well as the community to help others who may be in need. I take pride in working with all clients (geriatric, disabled) to making sure we are meeting their Daily living needs.
