We plan to hire additional sales and install specialists. Along with wanting to open a second location. The owner has been in the industry for 22 years. We were doing great until the product shortages happened. Are only struggle right now is buying product. Due to selling what he had in stock to get by. We are a luxury business. If we don’t have the product on hand when a customer comes in we lose out on sales 6 out of 10 times. Compared to when we were fully stocked we closed 9 out of 10 sales, and we’re financially doing great.

Self Identified Competition
My top competitors are Cartoys , stereo king and outrageous audio. All who had more buying power then we did during the product shortage. We are a locally family owned store. We survive off of what our shop brings in. What this means though, is when you walk thru the door your dealing with the owner who takes great pride in what he does. If you have a issue, we resolve it right away instead of having to call up to corporate for a solution.
