We are up and coming within our starting state of KY and more specifically gearing up to expand within the next few years with multiple HUD contacts as long as we can meet the criteria by first expanding now in Western KY.

We have no competitors in the area at all as no company has attempted to restore most of the homes in that area of KY. We stand out by being grass roots all from the area, and we left it to join the service and serve our county, we would now like to but back into the community and area by making housing affordable for people to live.
