TCFT LLC | Application Preview
TCFT LLC is applying for government grants to enhance its operations and drive profitability. The funds will be allocated to acquiring new equipment and hiring additional employees, which the owner believes will significantly increase profits by expanding their fleet of semi trucks.
The business model focuses on transporting a diverse range of goods and livestock across the United States, with an average annual revenue of at least $100,000. The owner projects that the investment will enable her to generate tenfold profits, as well as diversify by investing in stocks and bonds and launching new ventures.
While competition exists in the trucking industry, TCFT LLC stands out due to its unique foundation—operating without extensive financial backing or support. The owner, a black African American woman, emphasizes the personal struggles and determination that fuel her business. This perspective adds a meaningful layer to TCFT LLC’s mission, positioning it not only as a profitable enterprise but also as one that creates opportunities and benefits for the community. Overall, the application underscores the potential for significant growth and community impact if funding is granted.

Business Plan
I plan on buying more semi trucks and hiring people to drive them. Once I do that I will be making 10 times the profit that I'm making now. I also plan on taking my profits and investing in stocks and bonds as well as starting up other businesses eventually. My business is a definite money maker and also in high demand because i transport all types of goods, live stock, and other cargo to a variety of customers and businesses all over the United States. My business already averages at least $100,000 a year. With funding I will be able to purchase new equipment and also hire more employees and that's when my business will really start growing and bringing in triple times the profit.
-
Self Identified Competition
I'm in the business of trucking, we all pretty much do the same thing. Although some trucking companies may have more financial support and more advantage than the next trucking company I don't have the same opportunities and financial support as my competitors. I'm starting my business from the bottom with no help so that alone makes me different. I'm also a black African American woman with many struggles and disadvantages but yet still trying to make something of myself my business doesn't only benefit me it also benefits others in ways unimaginable.
