I’m going through a life changing event, so my busineee overhead consumes all the profit and leave me with no money to fix and get the envy equipment I invest in in time to flip/sell faster This money will help us buy more equipment and take care of anything needed to make sure they sell fast. This turn around time (less than a month) will help us keep buying and selling/more stable/with inventory balancing the books and leading CO Truck sales to a financial stable place, and sooner than later a very healthy financial place.
