In the next five years I plan on building a strong team by providing on demand and on job training to my employees as well as training for new vehicles that are being manufactured. I also plan to start a marketing and advertising team dedicated to attract more customers to our locally owned shop. As far as marketing I would like to pursue in person marketing at events (local car shows, races, etc.). Another plan to grow business is getting more commercial accounts for example servicing fleets, servicing dealerships, rental cars. In five years I plan on having equipment that will help my team finish jobs timely and efficiently to maximize shop hours, shop gross earnings, and maximize profits while providing the community with top notch service. By being able to market and grow my business it will mean local consumers will not have to travel far to get a good mechanic shop or another option besides the dealer. I believe investors should invest in my business and I because I am passionate about my shop and business. My team also believes heavily in the growth of this shop. I have acquired this shop by building strong bridges with people who own business and land. I am a man of hard work and a man who believes in mental stability and the growth of the people around me. My goals are more then to just have a successful business it is to help my employees and the people around me grow, find themselves, reach there full potential, and help them meet there life goals. I am a influencer and a leader. I come from a background of team sports (football and baseball) and that's all I had growing up. I have had many people in my life that have impacted my life that has gotten me where I am at today and I would like to show the community that my shop is more then just a mechanic shop but a business that makes an impact on the community.

My business is different then my competitors because we are growing and modernizing while the two other local shops are still using old school methods for creating appointments handling repair orders etc.
