Leads Equine LLC Leads Equine LLC | Government Grant Application

Leads Equine LLC | Application Preview

Leads Equine LLC is seeking government grant funding to enhance its marketing and operational capabilities in the equine industry. The total funding request amounts to $80,000, allocated as follows:

- $5,000 to hire a marketing specialist - $10,000 for advertising in equine magazines and publications - $15,000 for travel to equestrian events to promote the website - $50,000 to employ two part-time customer service associates for outreach to trainers

The business plan focuses on marketing strategies that include social media ads, promotional booths at events, direct mail, magazine ads, and potentially television advertising on channels like RFD TV and The Cowboy Channel.

The founder emphasizes their two years of industry research and personal experience as a horse trainer, identifying a significant need for a platform that connects horse owners with trainers. The website aims to fill this gap and has the potential to expand into other areas like canine and feline services. The founder asserts that there are no current competitors, positioning their service as unique in the market.

  • Funding Usage

Marketering - I am looking for $5K for my budget to hire a marketing specialist. $10k for my budget to place ads in various equine magizines and other publications. $15 for my budget to be able to travel to Equestrian events to promote the website in person. $50K for my budget to hire 2 part time customer service associates to "cold call" trainers and help them sign up. (I currently have a list of 4,113 trainers on a list)

  • Business Plan

By Social Media Advertisements, Face to face booths at Equestrian events, Mailings, magizine publications, and hopfully TV advertisments on RFD TV & The Cowboy Channel. I have been spending the last 2 years researching the equine industry and the need for this type of service needs. I am personally a Horse Trainers and clients have told me how hard it is to find a trainer that fits their horse or mules needs. I am willing to do the long hours and have started gathering a great team of people that are professional and committed. This website has the ability to extend to larger areas such as Leads Canine, Leads Feline, and more. There is no site like it. I would consider it "like" ANGIE. Not the same site but similar in that you are searching for a professional in a specific field.

  • Self Identified Competition

Currently there are no competitors that I have found. It is the only website of its kind!
