Business Plan
Our first year we are in business our plan/ goal is to have 30 event weekends booked. Each year that we are in business we plan of having more bookings which would increase in our overall profit. After being in business for a handful of years our goal would be to expand and build a house on the property that the customers could rent out for the weekend. We also plan to expand by hiring our own staff that would caterer and be the photographer instead of having the customer hire out. Milestone / Details Break ground (Begin building construction ) by early spring 2023/ All of the correct paperwork/ permits submitted and approved and begin the building of the barn/ building______ Attend a wedding expo- Feburary 01, 2023- Attend a wedding expo to advertise our venue______ Opening Day (first event)-May 01, 2023-We have our business up and running and host our first event__________ Have at least two weekends booked a month-July 01, 2023-Start to book more events consistently and have constant business________ Building a house on property to use for more business-March 01, 2026-Down the road we plan to add a house on the back corner of the property for the bride and families to rent out or to rent out for golf course use. The Willow's Edge is going to solve the problem of an event venue which offer indoor and outdoor facilities that can accommodate 250+ guest in east central Indiana. Willow's Edge Event Center will be able to achieve success by offering the following competitive advantages : Amazing atmosphere that includes beautiful outdoor/ rural views , Indoor and outdoor options for holding events of all sizes that all include elegant and classic décor, A dedicated team of qualified and customer-service oriented event planners, Partnerships with Randolph county caterers, florists, and DJ's and other businesses.

Minnetrista - within 25 miles of Winchester, can accommodate 200+ guest, Outdoor & indoor Ceremony , not a barn style, Has indoor reception area and has bride/ groom suites. There is four wedding venues within 25 miles from Winchester Indiana. Out of those venues half can't accommodate 150+ guest, half don't offer Indoor and outdoor ceremony options and none are Barn style. What we offer that will set us above the Competition is our location, 250+ guest accommodations, Barn style, Indoor reception area and onsite Bridal and Groom suites just to name a few.
