I am working on moving my location to a new spot that would open up a business opportunity for not only myself to expand, but also bring in businesses by other women and allow them to be apart of our business. I need to start from scratch from a location that I will be renting. This is a medical service and the environment needs to be safe, clean, and inviting. There needs to be new flooring, paint, construction work, new equipment. This business is also constantly a learning opportunity so I will be using some of the money to go to another educational course snd bring my employees with me so that they can also get to learn with me so that we can expand the business and continue to grow.

Business Plan
I plan to open up this new location and then hire my first employees to grow my business but also adding other new services to the location that will help get a total experience for my clients. There is not a medical spa in my area and right now people have to travel hours to experience this. I want everyone to be able to experience the luxury that we can offer and know that women in this industry are making a name for themselves. I believe full heartedly in this vision and dream that I am creating. I have used my own personal money to get this business running, and I have gotten the business off the ground but I want to take it higher and be able to do what this business is capable of doing without being financially burdened with the high cost expenses that starting up a medical spa can occur. I am a hard worker and this is my dream so I will be putting my heart and soul into this, everyday to make this what dream a reality.

Self Identified Competition
My competitors are medspas in the surrounding towns who have already been up and running or are part of a chain that already have the financial availability to keep their business booming. I am a local girl who has lived in Huron her entire life. I have a family here and I want to build a business here that will better serve this part of the town. Aesthetics is a growing industry and the building and business that I am dreaming about is not just about aesthetics but also other women coming together to build a business they are proud of. I want to create a space that makes people happy and that they want to come to. I want to offer luxury services to an area of the state that is considered rural and be able to make my dreams a reality.
