I plan to bring a event venue to Custer County to be used for weddings (indoor + outdoor) and any large events as we have very limited options in our community.

I plan to grow the event space as needed and grow the interior design service as more and more homes are getting updated in our community. I have construction/renovation knowledge and a large vision of providing exceptional service. Investors should invest in my plan as our community is currently very limited on event space and has very little design/renovation services in our area. I feel we are a very thriving community and would greatly benefit from both of these services.

Self Identified Competition
One Box Convention Center is currently the top competitor for an event venue. They are often booked leaving little to no options for other events during the same time. The other only competitors would be Broken Bow Municipal Building which is outdated and not an idea event space due to being located on busy downtown streets. This business is different from our competitors as it will have idea indoor and outdoor event space. No other space in our community has outdoor space available for events, only indoor. The design side is something of high demand as there are not other services like it in our area.
