Funding Usage
Our goal is to create a central film hub in the midwest. We plan on doing this by opening up a full service film studio in Omaha NE. We need the funds to lease a space, buy equipment, labor costs, and marketing.

Business Plan
First open the studio, get it ready for film production by buying equipment such as lighting and cameras. Build break apart sets, store props and set pieces. Basically have it fully ready for any film production that comes to the Midwest. Once it is ready our plan is to partner with our state film department and bring big productions to the Midwest and rent out our space and resources. In between productions from outside companies, we plan on creating our own television and film production. As we grow fund more projects, increase space to where we can buy and build more studio space and become the Universal/Disney of the Midwest. We have a team of 4 highly dedicated film professionals on the team. 2 of which have a construction background as well and can build sets. We are an award winning film production company and have worked with Emmy award winning directors, directors who have films on Netflix and HBO, and many more. The Midwest has amazing tax benefits and financial benefits for productions to be filmed in, but no central space to actually produce in. By being the first major studio in the entire Midwest we can truly create a brand new hub that will attract the very best talent and money and have first mover advantage.

Self Identified Competition
Netflix, Disney, and HBO have been growing and expanding quickly. Netflix has just made plans to open up a billion dollar studio in NJ. However nobody is building in the Midwest. As the Midwest grows we will see more of these large companies wanting to take advantage of the talent and financial benefit of being located in the Midwest, but if we can make a name for ourselves first we can grow very rapidly. The market opportunity in the Midwest is massive. Lots of talent and amazing financial benefit from producing in the Midwest. Our competitors make billions every single year and don't need anymore money than they already have. We are a new company, and much like A24 focus on the art and talent to make award winning profitable films and shows. Our films will win Oscars, bring large scale productions to the Midwest, and become the major studio that put the Midwest on the map for the film industry.
