Business Plan
JMR Enterprises, LLC is a Startup with the intention of giving back to the community through acquiring, rehabilitating, optimizing and equipping run down residential/commercial residential lease spaces for Elderly and Disabled people. We intend to work with HUD and State resources for subsidies and additional finance opportunities. The above entities will be part of the finance plan and capital stack. I have post graduate education as a Doctor and I'm currently a Masters of Finance Candidate. The Elderly and Disabled Housing situation is worsening year over year, and I've identified a viable solution. Having held Executive positions in prominent Corporations and Non-profits, I don't require an intense need for monitoring. I intend to employ an accountant, corporate attorney, property manager and form a finance advisory board to discuss acquisitions.
