This money would allow me to continue to find and market to families that are enduring financial struggles and be able help them recover in the way that is most beneficial to them. This would also allow for the purchasing of a property, completing the reconditioning and put it back into safe fully functioning use in the community. Which again helps to clean up distressed neighborhoods and increase local government taxes.

I will continue to grow my marketing to be able to assist more families. I will be able to purchase distressed properties to recondition them. I will be reconditioning the "right" properties into rentals including Section 8 when and where it fits best. All allowing families in distress some relief, preventing expensive legal proceedings and increasing neighborhood values. Our main purpose is to help people. We identify families struggling financial and assist them in either providing resources to help them recover or by purchasing their home to be able to recondition to put back into safe usable condition.

Self Identified Competition
I have several competitors. I don't know that I can identify just 3. The main thing separates me from them is the working capital to move fast if purchasing the home is the best solution for the clients. We truly focus no helping local families and put their needs and situation first. Yes we generate revenue from Real Estate transactions but we have compassion and truly want what is best for each individual family even if that means that we just provide resources and the family is able to recover without the need to sell their property.
