Funding Usage
Company really need grant money to cover expenses to open facility for my start up business. LLC was looking for about a year for the right property. Company finally found one. Sysatlantic LLC really need grant money or government loan to be able to sign the lease and secure right property that I found and currently in negotiation on terms. LLC will use this money to install the right flooring, to buy gym unbreakable mirrors, to pay for necessary sound proofing construction works, to cover cost of wireless sound systems, to pay monthly rent fee, to pay expenses related to advertisement and purchase of necessary gym equipment, also liability insurance, power and internet provider services, and salary for employees that will be hired to keep program going. The biggest expenses are rent. And if all the other expenses can be covered during gym operation, rent supposed to be paid in the very beginning even before business license is given by city and county. Lease must be signed first thing first. And this big expense without the help of grant money will keep me in a dream phase for longer. In the next 5 years I plan to open 3 more branches for my gym related business. The area where I live is populated with families with kids and keep developing and growing. So my business idea will have room to expand, because area where I open my gym populated with wealthy, high income families who invest in their kids and spend money to bring kids to sport related activities. I should be awarded money because I created my own business model and unique fitness classes for kids and adults. There is no competitors or similar type of activities offered within 100 miles radius. Sysatlantic gym will be the only one with this kind of fitness classes and will attract a lot of clients and it is not limited by age or gender. It is for everyone from 3 to 100+. Not everyone likes outdoor sports in hot Florida weather, not everyone a big fan of workout with heavy equipment, so I found unique way to keep people loving sport, stay healthy and have fun while exercising, to burn calories and even not noticing that they have been working out.

Self Identified Competition
Company do not currently have competitors because LLC created my own fitness style work out. Yes, there are sport related activities in the area such as martial art, strength and conditioning, outdoor sports, but Sysatlantic LLC idea not offered in any of those facilities, also age group is much wider in my gym. The fitness business idea is unique and there is no same type of fitness. Company developed it after analyzing fitness market and finding niche that helped it to build unique idea to make kids and adults burning calories, overcome obesity, fight overeating while having fun.
