Absolute Assistant | Application Preview
Absolute Assistant is applying for government grants to launch its services in a large retirement community. The funding will be used to develop a website, create promotional materials like brochures and business cards, purchase accounting and home services software, and secure conference centers for community presentations.
The business plan focuses on providing comprehensive home services for residents. This includes creating an informative website and hosting events to raise awareness and showcase the quality of services. Initially, the owner will manage the work independently until expansion necessitates hiring additional help.
The owner emphasizes a strong determination and work ethic, citing a history of supporting other businesses and a desire to establish their own venture that also benefits the community. There is currently no direct competition in the area for complete home services, as existing options are limited to independent contractors. The unique selling proposition is the convenience of offering diverse services under one brand, coupled with the owner’s extensive business experience and commitment to excellence.

Business Plan
I live in a large retirement community. My Plan is to offer all home services to the residents here. I will be creating a wen site detailing all services and also conduct presentations in our conference rooms to help with advertising. Working through community events networking and presenting satisfied customer reviews as it grows. I will be doing the physical work until I need to hire others. I have always been independent and extremely tenacious with an unparalleled work ethic. I have always helped other businesses grow and excel while continually being told that I should have my own business. I have finally decided to put my skillet to work for myself and become independent while helping others at the same time.

Self Identified Competition
Nobody offers full in home services in my community. There are independent contractors which I could hire in some situations where I'd need a licensed contractor. My business will encompass many resources for a homeowner making it a "one stop shop" they can trust. I have extensive experience in many areas in business. I have the work ethic and drive to be successful.
