I plan on growing steadily by acquiring more assets for the company and perfecting my craft. I am looking to double in size and expand into 1 other area outside of land acquisitions but also home developments (whether its tiny home communities, manufactured homes or framed homes. I plan on going from owning 1 property to 17 by the 5 year mark, by building relationships, working hard, being more knowledgeable about my field then any other and doing the work. Not to sound cliche', I am more motivated then any other person to get this done, however I am also very methodical in my movements. I will out work anyone when it comes to following my passion. I have an thirst for knowledge and a steady hand. I take direction very well as well as lead very well. I will not fail and this one field that is not going away, its just about who gets to it first, which will be me, given the opportunity.
