In the next 5 years I plan to have a good client base in our area and will be able to expand to larger areas along with hiring some employees to still accommodate the demand in our local area. We would also like to be able to offer laying of asphalt in the projected future which opens up a new customer base. We are a family owned business in a semi small town trying to set up a business that can be passed down to our children. The projected revenue the business has the potential to grow too is very high. It is a good investment especially with there being a demand and only one other business like it in town.

Self Identified Competition
Our main competitor is mckee paving they are a locally owned business as well that have been around for several years they offer the same services in the repair aspect but focus mainly on the actual foundation of asphalt. Our business is different from our competitors because we do not offer the laying of asphalt yet. We only offer repairs to drive ways and parking lots. Our pricing is far more affordable because of that we can offer lower pricing due to the material cost being lower across the board instead of trying to compensate the difference between several services and various pricings.
