Business Plan
I would like to focus on chronic disease treatment and management of rural patients and clients. Collaborating with other healthcare providers in the county for referrals. Focusing on diabetic treatment and prevention, with an emphasis on lowering healthcare disparities. I have decades of health care experience in which I have seen the limiting conditions imposed on patients by treatable or preventable disease. This can be even more severe in rural areas. I would like to provide services to my rural community that lower barriers to healthcare and wellness to my neighbors.
-
Self Identified Competition
I do not have competitors only colleagues, clients, and collaborators. My services are unique for my rural county, but I would welcome other healthcare providers assistance in order to provide more comprehensive care coverage in the county. Please see the previous question and answer.
