Beat-based indoor cycling is evolving in the fitness industry. Bringing this group fitness experience to the seacoast area will benefit the health and wellness of this community. Eventually, other class formats will be offered; dance cardio, pilates/barre, and yoga beats to benefit cross-training. I have always known I have wanted to provide wellness to my community in some way. Opening a space to share that with a group of like-minded individuals has been a dream of mine. After graduating college and jumping right into working the front lines during the pandemic, I knew I was meant to do more. To provide more and to offer more. WAVE CYCLE has the potential to become a safe space for wellness and to help better the lives of so many, not only physically, but mentally and emotionally. If I have a goal, I will do whatever it takes to reach it. With my 8 years teaching multiple fitness formats, I can firmly assure you I am ready to take the next step as an owner of a studio.

WAVE CYCLE is the only studio in NH to be female, minority and registered nurse owned and operated. WAVE CYCLE is built on community, support and a fun, energetic atmosphere.
