Funding Usage
We will use every dime of this grant funding to find a building location, which will allow us to open a full retail store front. This will allow us to pick up new suppliers and increase profits. This funding will also allow us to add NEW services. This funding will be also used for better equipment to help speed up jobs and the quality of the jobs done. Some of this funding will go into marketing and promotion for the business to increase recognition not only locally but nationally as well. It will allow us to to carry more product that can be shipped nationally which will increase revenue. By doing all of this we hope within the next year to be in a position to create jobs locally as well.

Business Plan
With a. store front and an install bay(s) we will be able to offer MORE. I want to see my on-hand inventory continually increase by reaching out to new suppliers to carry a wider variety of merchandise. We will be involved in local activities with other business. We will be marketing more to get the brand more recognized to increase sales. Within the next 5 years we hope to be making enough revenue to open another location(s). We will also be providing up to date and regular training for not only myself but future employees to stay current with new technologies in our industry. PASSION, DRIVE and DEDICATION I have been in and around this industry since the early 90s the love of all things custom car audio and video had never faded. I have the knowledge and the drive to see this through! I want to create a name that lasts in this industry. One that not only lasts but that raises the bar on standards and quality of work in this industry. My goals are to have something built and strong that I can pass down for generations. I absolutely LOVE what I do and would love to make this a full time life long business and a recognized local and national establishment.

Self Identified Competition
In my current local area there is not a lot of competition in this market. There is one local shop that does custom installs but not much retail and he is very specific and very limited on what he carries and does. There is a shop called HiTech here that is retail and install capable but again a very limited selection and not a very personable group that focuses on the customer. My biggest competitor would be big box retailers like best buy, walmart, and auto parts stores that for the most part carry very basic entry level (at best) product. These places are not geared toward my industry only so that gives me an advantage. I am different from my competitors because I care about the $10 sale as much as the $1000+ dollar sale. I want my customers to not only get what they want, but when they do it exceeds all of their expectations! I take the time to help each customer get what they want and reach their goal even if it means I have to work a little bit more. I not only like to give my customers great service but I want them to know why. I take time to explain why and how each item works together and the benefits of doing it the right way the FIRST time. My goal is repeat loyal customers who will absolutely recommend my company to everyone. My reputation is vital to me and I want my customers to know that and experience that every time they walk through my doors.
