Delaware Bridge To Care LLC | Application Preview
Delaware Bridge To Care LLC is seeking government grants to address challenges such as limited resources, financial constraints, and insufficient support. The funding will be primarily allocated to enhance their marketing efforts, including advertisements on television, radio, and billboards, as well as for working capital.
The business plan centers on promoting the company's services through various marketing strategies, including community presentations and distributing promotional materials like notebooks, pens, brochures, and hand sanitizer. The owner is committed to building strong relationships within the community, believing this approach will foster trust and recognition over the next five years, ultimately transforming the business into a well-known entity.
The business emphasizes its critical role in providing compassionate care for the elderly, aiming to improve their quality of life by promoting independence and motivation. With increased funding, the company believes it can expand its operations and create additional job opportunities.
In terms of competition, the primary rivals are Visiting Angels, Griswold, and Amedisys. However, the business distinguishes itself by prioritizing personalized care and maintaining regular communication with clients to ensure satisfaction. The owner recognizes that while larger companies may have established names, they often fall short in delivering the quality of care that Delaware Bridge To Care LLC strives to provide.

Funding Usage
The problem that my business is facing is little to no professional resources, financial strain, and lack of support. I would use the funding for my marketing strategy which would include advertising on television, radio stations, presentations and billboards. The additional money would be used for working capital.

Business Plan
The funding would be used to help promote my marketing strategy which would include advertising, tv commercials, bulletin board, presentations at senior developments, and funding to travel around to build a personal relationship in the community. I buy and hand out notebooks, pens, brochures, and hand sanitizer. I do this to build a personal relationship while advertising. I feel as though I am very productive and persistent and that it will help grow my company and in 5 years I should be well known and trusted in the community. I should not struggle, and I should see profits instead of loss. My company is small but have the potential to become big. There is a healthcare need, and this company will be well known in the next year or so and will no longer be considered a small business. As direct care worker's, we give the elderly the courage to want to live. We give them motivation, love, and support. Delaware residents that do not receive the proper care become weak, lose self-motivation, get depressed, and feel like they no longer belong here and want to give up. My job is to promote quality care in the comfort of their own home. With the proper resources and funding not only will my business grow it will create more jobs.

Self Identified Competition
The top three competitors would be Visiting Angels, Griswold, and Amedisys. My business is focused on quality personal care. Clients go to the big businesses because of their name and that they are known for providing care. Clients also complain about those companies for not providing the best care but due to the longevity of the company they will choose that brand name company over a newly small business. I provide training and I contact the clients to ensure that they are receiving quality care. I go above and beyond to make sure that the clients are happy with the services provided.
