We plan to grow flowers and herbs for resale and raise livestock for the same purpose. The barn / venue will be available to the public to rent for events. They should invest in my business because there’s a high demand for places to rent for events, weddings, concerts, etc in our area. The local population in this area has reported that they would love to have additional places to go for events with their families. In addition to the events, we plan to offer floral and herbal cuttings for weddings, events and local florists. Of course the livestock will be bought and resold as needed.

Self Identified Competition
Eagleview venue and The Establishment, both event venues but with very different set ups. Our style is very different. I plan to offer a different look for the venue as well as a comfortable heated and cooled environment for events. The fact that we also plan to offer on site floral options will put us in a whole different category as well.
