Swipe Right LLC 92-2064482 | Government Grant Application

Swipe Right LLC | Application Preview

Swipe Right LLC is seeking government grant funding to develop an affordable multi-family housing project aimed at supporting veterans, single-parent households, and individuals facing homelessness in the Nashville metro area. The initial project will serve as a model for future expansion, with a goal of establishing five buildings providing 40 to 50 units over the next five years.

The company emphasizes its unique position, being owned and operated by a U.S. Army combat veteran and a minority owner dedicated to uplifting underprivileged communities. With Nashville's growing housing costs, the need for affordable options is critical, making this project timely and necessary.

Currently, there are no direct competitors in this space, giving Swipe Right LLC a significant opportunity to fill the gap. The company believes its mission to offer secure and affordable housing solutions will not only benefit those in need but also help maintain the community’s diversity and inclusivity as the city evolves.
