BAE Vending L20000115962 | Government Grant Application

BAE Vending | Application Preview

BAE Vending is applying for government grants to support the acquisition of a new or refurbished vending machine, along with funding for shipping, drinks, and snacks. The goal is to place the machine in an alternative school, aiming to minimize students' risk of leaving campus and missing classes.

The business's plan is to respond to community needs by evaluating existing demands. Currently, BAE Vending operates a machine at a gym offering healthy food and drink options. To enhance offerings, the new machine will also provide hair products, creating a unique shopping experience where consumers can purchase beauty items alongside snacks and beverages. There are plans to partner with libraries and schools to promote healthy vending options.

Funding is sought to replace a machine that was lost in a previous business relationship. In 2020, a machine was placed in a venue that turned out to be a cover for inappropriate activities, leading to the machine's disappearance and a financial loss of $3,200. Attempts to retrieve the machine from the owner have been unsuccessful, prompting the need for new funding to help the business move forward and continue serving the community.

BAE Vending acknowledges the competitive landscape but aims to offer a personalized experience based on its established track record rather than direct competition with other vending operators.

  • Business Plan

I will continue to seek and evaluate community needs. I have one vending machine located at a gym that supplies healthy food and drink options. My previous machine provide a variety of options based on the foot traffic and request. To make up for the loss of that machine, I want to expand with also providing hair products from the vending machine. It will be utilized to establish an alternative shopping experience so consumers may purchase beauty products, beverages, and snacks through vending machines. I would also like to partner with libraries and more schools for healthy vending options. I’m seeking financial assistance to replace my vending machine. The whereabouts of a young lady who contacted me to do business in October 2020, led me to believe she was the owner of a CBD Bar/Game Room with 20-30 employees and 40-50 patrons. I placed a vending machine there October 2020. I last saw my machine July 2021. I had been reaching out to her ever since with no response. She went by Mia Isela with Mia Isela productions. I later learned that the CBD Bar/Game Room was a cover up for a “girls only” operation where men could pay for one on one. Mia also know as Clarissa Meza has stopped returning calls/emails/social media messages. She has gone on living her life leaving me without my machine and a loss of $3200 not even including potential earnings. Police told me I need to file a small claim through court however I don’t have a real address for her. The building has been sold. The sellers of the building were no help. They only told me someone came and got the machine. I want to continue on with my business and supporting my community.

  • Self Identified Competition

NA I honestly can’t compete with other vending machine owners but I can provide a custom experience based on what I have accomplished.
