    Property Management Software (Yardi, Entrata, Appfolio, Buildium): These companies have existed specifically as an accounting, operations, or tenant resource and database. There is the threat of any of them expanding into the analytics field, but currently we have received feedback from customers of each that there are no tools within the software to analyze historical data, forecast data, or get insights from data. All data needs to be exported into tools like Excel and PowerBI. CRExchange: This product is built on PowerBI and focuses on providing specific solutions for PM software listed above and CRM software, such as Salesforce. They are targeting commercial real estate groups, and are seen as the main competitor for PMAnalytics. Rent Viewer: This product is built on PowerBI and focuses on building a dashboard for Yardi users without additional support or engagement. PMAnalytics is different from the pm software listed above because we aim to sit on top of the pm software and external data, such as social media platforms, excel data, and IoT technology to provide a holistic view of a property. Additionally, we are unique in that we are targeting data-driven decision making as our key value add. Rather than only providing a dashboard view of a properties data, we uniquely adopt artificial intelligence to share actionable insights and help our customers make decisions quickly and effectively.
