I have been very successful on my own working as an independent sales consultant for other roofing companies for six years. My plan is to train one salesman for 90 days every 90 day period. I have been able to produce $1.5-2 million in sales with my techniques and training methods. If I can create each one of my salesman to even produce half as much of this money, which is $750k in sales annually each minimum. By the end of next year we can be a 5 million dollar business. Then I have each solidified salesman create their own teams and offices across Florida as branch managers and use the same game plan for each office becoming a 10-20 million dollar company. Then we go national! . I am a hard-working and motivated husband and father. I am trying to create a legacy for my family and my children to follow behind. I want to make sure each one of my employees is like family and that they are always taken care of so they never have to worry about money again.

Non really we are only providing high end products like synthetic tiles, metals, and commercial roofing systems and the market is wide open! I feel that there is a lot of money in this industry. In my personal experience, most of the roofers I have worked with our only out to sue insurance companies. I believe with my knowledge of roofing systems, and my ability to identify damage. We will be the most honest, competitive, roofing company that is not just our selling shingles. We are focused on creating a new experience policy holders. We are not a company that is trying to turn in every file directly to a lawyer, which is extremely common in the state of Florida. We are trying to change the outlook.
